Fashion - Bachelor of Fine Arts (Fashion)
Isabella Jacuzzi is a double degree Fine Arts (Fashion) and Business (Management) student at Queensland University of Technology, currently completing her graduate fashion collection.
Isabella has always been driven by creativity, aspiring to become a fashion designer from a young age. In her final year of high school, Isabella’s artwork was chosen as part of Creative Generation Exhibition where it was one of thirty displayed in Brisbane’s GOMA. This was a significant opportunity, solidifying her determination to undertake a design degree.
Isabella has a strong interest in international fashion, and has assisted in events for Marc Jacobs and Opening Ceremony in New York, Ellery in Sydney. She has also recently completed a six month exchange at Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin.
Isabella is also a freelance editorial stylist, heavily involved in Brisbane’s fashion scene. She focuses heavily on styling throughout her design process, as well as combining different textures and unexpected colours with her own fabric manipulations. Isabella is also interested in developing her artisan skills in hardware materials and emerging fabrication technologies in fashion.
