Doug Clarke is a passionate Audio Engineer, Mixer, Sound Designer, and Musician. Working across all areas of Sound Engineering, Doug is now based in Sydney’s Inner West, and is a Freelance Engineer at multiple studios all over Sydney. Working with Artists, Songwriters, and as a Sound Designer/Mixer for TV and Films.
Doug Clarke completed a Bachelor of Music at QUT in 2013. During his final year, Doug was an intern at the QUT Gasworks studio facility. Doug recorded his own band Bayharbour, a final year University project Echelon V, and Skies Collides debut EP at Gasworks. Also assisting in the Indie 100 (100 songs) project. This work led to Doug renting a shared studio space at Hunting Ground Studios with Tristan. The experience of running and operating a studio was a huge learning curve, but has since played a huge part in Doug’s understanding of the Recording and Music Industry business.
